For unaccompanied tuba. "Trinity" for unaccompanied tuba has three short movements titled "Mind", "Spirit" and "Body". The idea of "Mind" is to express how the mind twists and embellishes, often making things more complicated than they actually are. For "Spirit" the player should think of searching for inner peace, a resolution to an inner conflict. In "Body" imagine the most un-athlectic person you know doing aerobics, pushing themselves to their physical limit with the determination to get into shape. - duration: ca. 8'
